Route

Our tour will take us to visit one of the wildest and most characteristic areas of the Biella region: "La Riserva Naturale della Baraggia" (the Baraggia Nature Reserve). We start from the convenient car park located behind the shelter of Candelo, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy, located in Via Castellengo, where we follow the road downhill for about 300 meters and turn left onto Via Ysangarda, which becomes a gravel road and leads us to an equipped area. Given the amount of paths that we are going to cross, it would be confusing to explain, but by following the Gpx track, we will be able to follow one of the most enjoyable routes in the Reserve, where in a few kilometres we will pass from arid steppe to enchanted woods. This circular tour is suitable for everyone. The few climbs are short and never too steep, as are the descents.

Technical advice: trail to avoid only after heavy rainfall because of clayey soil.
