From the Oropa-Mucrone cable car, after passing the Botanical Garden, go down towards the Roc chapel and, near the chapel, cross the bridge over the Oropa stream and take path D13a on the left, which goes up along the stream to the Cappelletta della Madonna.

Here take the dirt track (signpost D13) as far as the fork on the right where the mule track starts. This goes past the Pissa Alp and leads to the Rosazza Refuge, past the ski lift buildings and the Savoia Refuge.

Then take path D21 to climb up to Monte Camino in an hour and a half.
