Landscape, people, devotion

During the 17th century, Piedmont was taking on its current character and the spirit of the Counter-Reformation led to the birth of sacred monasteries and confraternities. The exhibition is housed in the Town Hall, opposite the Confraternity of the Rosary. It relates the figure of Antonio Bertola - a native of Muzzano and a protagonist of that period - with the landscape, the paths and the historical and devotional routes of the place (processions of the Confraternity and to the Sanctuary of Graglia), thus contributing to the reading and understanding of the Elvo Valley territory.
