Rural civilization

The ecomuseum is located at the former primary school of the hamlet Castellengo, renovated thanks to an accurate restoration. The central theme, publicized through collections, is that of the rural civilization of the area in Cossato: from agricultural practices to forestry, to craftsmanship. From the museum site there are thematic itineraries to discover the feudal system, well represented by the Castle on top, of the religiousness, in the nearby church of St. Peter's & Paul's, of the rural economy and of the landscape of the Baragge.
