Route

The "Felice Piacenza” Burcina Park is a historical garden located in the territory of the municipalities of Biella and Pollone, a gentle hillock in the foothills of the Biellese Alps. The origins of the park date back to the mid-1800s. In addition to the botanical aspect, the landscape composition is of particular importance: a small romantic lake, the meadow areas surrounded by woods such as in the Valfenera area, the Pian Plà beech forest, the avenue of liriodendrons, the rhododendron valley, the Mediterranean area, the views of the mountains and the plain ranging from Monviso to Adamello. Walking in the park is possible at any time.  There are various routes, always suitable for families and children and practicable all year round.

Inside, circulation of unauthorised vehicles is prohibited.

Vehicles carrying disabled or elderly people (over 65 years) are allowed to drive on non-holiday Thursdays from 9 am to 6 pm and on non-holiday Saturdays from 9 am to 11 am.
